Treatment, Engagement, Retention & Effectiveness

Picture
Why guess when you can just know? That is the central premise of Dashometric treatment retention products. This category of products helps keep individuals and businesses feedback driven and truly responsive to their patient’s, client’s and customer’s needs.

An additional benefit of these products is that their usage continually reinforces general best practices without the need for management intervention or training – which at the very least takes time and resources and in some cases even creates resistance.

Because of the response format, the products in this category can not only create individual feedback systems, but responses can also be empirically aggregated to look for trends among different groups of people that respond to them.

As ever, these common sense driven products do not require experts to interpret or score them. They are relevant, immediate and simple to use.

Treatment Retention Profile

Treatment Retention Profile is a means by which to screen attitudes about and barriers to mental health treatment in general, including but not limited to psychotherapy.

Therapy Engagement Profile

Therapy Engagement Profile is a means by which to screen attitudes about and barriers to psychotherapy specifically.

Our experience is that client/patients often spontaneously drop out of therapy and it is uncommon for them to tell us why. Yet, many of the reasons are predictable and can be dealt with in advance if we know what the issues or barriers are.

Therapy Effectiveness Review - Part 1

Therapy Effectiveness Review Part 1 is a product that allows a client to very specifically identify forms and styles of therapy they are most comfortable with, and it presumes these clients are engaged and first level retention issues have been dealt with. The goal of this instrument is to generate the additional feedback needed to maintain engagement.

Therapy Effectiveness Review - Part 2

Therapy Effectiveness Review Part 2 is to be used after the therapeutic relationship is on-going. Part 1 allows clients to state preferences at the beginning of the relationship and Part 2 allows the therapist and client to evaluate whether those preferences are being met.

To summarize, Part 1 identifies preferences; Part 2 assess actual therapist performance with respect to those preferences.

If You Had to Choose
  Interpretation Guide

If You Had to Choose Interpretation Guide offers guidance as to how to use this product and some of the different ways to look at responses.

Progress Tracker-1

The Progress Tracker-1 is a way for both client and provider to look at critical developmental and psychological dimensions and see where progress has been made and what areas most need further effort. An important goal of this tool is to help build the client's subjective experience of progress and their morale for continued effort.
